- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
- Website orders ship to the Contiguous United States. For orders outside of this geography, please contact our Sales team at customerservice@step2commercial.com.
- Lead times are based on stock, order quantities and shipping location. If you have any specific questions, contact our customer care team at customerservice@step2commercial.com.
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email when the shipping process begins.
- "Shipped" is defined as carrier pick-up. Transit times are not part of the delivery promise date.
- Customers are subject to appointment requirements from the carrier. Customer is responsible for scheduling appointments. Step2 Commercial is not responsible for carrier appointment commitments.
- Customers can request no signature for delivery, but must inform the carrier for approval.
- Cancellation requests for shipped orders are subject to original and return shipping costs.
- Customer should receive packing slip and BOL, as these are considered proof of delivery.
